ra/mes
fragility
inciendiery arrows
tigers fury or lighting reflexes
it shows a spirit there so he might use that to his adantage
also he might be casting them too.

yeh it did look like a fragility build, but i rkn a Mes/Ran would be more effective with 16 illusion wouldnt it? but that is more of a pure fragility build
So its around 25 damage for fragility as a mesmer secondary.
So probably penetrating or hunters shot combined?
even so, he took out a necro and mesmer in just 4-5 hits, i wonder how he did it

It's probably r/e, because his targets are "on fire" (Mark of Rodgort) even when he is using choking gas and not incendiary arrows. My guess would be Mark of Rodgort + Melandru's arrows + tiger's fury + favorable winds + high dmg shots (penetrating attack).

That's just a simple fragility build.... meh. Gets wtfbbqpwned by hex breaker and any type of hex removal. So for random arena I guess it would be viable, sometimes.
All you need is incendiary, fragility, and tiger's fury :| .
Here's a build if you wanna go mess around with it in random arena, you can change things up if you'd like, but you need TF, Incendiary, and Fragility. You also need a 0 spec in wilderness.
Illusion : 12
Marksmanship : 12 (10+1+1)
Expertise : 9 (6+3)
Beast Mastery : 7 (6+1)
Fragility
Incendiary Arrows
Tiger's Fury
Pin Down
Favorable Winds
Distracting Shot
Throw Dirt
Rez Sig
You want the 0 spec in wilderness so incendiary only makes him burn for 1 sec, so he suffers/recovers quickly, triggering fragility. You only need TF to last for 8 secs, the duration that Incendiary lasts. So when you go in, drop a favorable winds (if you want, this is optional), pin him down, throw fragility on him, cast incendiary, use TF, and fire away :| . Throw dirt is in there just for the random warrior hate.
Edit : I'd also suggest using a Vampiric Shortbow of Defense, if you do have 5/1 unlocked.

i see eonwe's build dying in 4-4 because theres no self heal >.<
maybe in team arenas with a competent monk. but if you try that in random arenas you wont last very long to those stupid crippling anguish/conjure phantasm mesmers. (that combo is SO DUM countered by like ANY healing, which sadly you dont have)
*edit with 0 wilderness you actually wont have it either. so yea i guess this is unuseable in random arenas

Eh, you'll be dropping targets so fast you really don't need any self heals :| . But like I said, it's simply a build to have fun with.

Quick Shot rangers can dispatch most casters in the arena in 5-9 shots, and consequently in 3-5.4 seconds. Incendiary Arrows' builds take a little bit longer, but they're more adept at killing warriors.
As for the Incendiary Arrows build posted, it can probably hold it's own against one target, but after that, Incendiary Arrows is spent, and you won't be able to do any damage. It doesn't even have Quickening Zypher or Serpent's Quickness to help recharge.

Quick Shot seems less fun with the last update, only because its nice to bash that quick shot button fast :P but meh..i guess its still good in its current way but just seems less fun.

Quickening Zypher was a horrible skill for Quick Shot builds. It allowed you to kill one enemy, and then have to spend time regening energy. Quick Shot rangers hardly need more dps, as warriors still take minimum damage with their absorption and armor class, which is why Favorable Winds is so much of a better alternative.
